Bathrooms
Bathroom exhaust fans are important to move moisture and other pollutants up and out. Without one mold and bacteria thrive. We can run the electrical to a new fan and switch. Already have one but it’s not working properly or is too loud? We can cut out the old and replace it with a new modern silent one.
Generators
Portable generators rated for 5,000 watts and above can connect to your home’s circuit breaker panel with a transfer switch—a small board that looks a bit like a circuit breaker panel itself. We can install the transfer switch and help you figure out which circuits you’ll want to power in an outage.
Under ground power lines
Underground services can disconnect as the house naturally shifts over time. That’s what happened to this home owner. The house shifted causing the power lines to pull and disconnect. They lost power to their house. Took us one day to excavate, run new power line and upgrade electrical panel.

Let us introduce ourselves. We’re John and Xena Graefser a small electrical contracting company. Our team has decades of experience doing residential, commercial and industrial electrical in WNY, NYC, and overseas. Part of my own apprenticeship was with the union. Worked on high-end residential buildings in Manhattan.
